Grenades Crash Server When They Hit Metrocop

This was a recent issue I came over across while playing this mod.. I was playing with the resistance, and I'm sorta the, "Demolitions Expert" so I usually have more then five hand grenades and one smg grenade at all times. Well back to the issue... When I was playing on ow_breach, the overwatch commander released a group of metros.. Once they hit the ground I quickly jumped to use my SMG, and shot a grenade at one which was about to release a manhack. After that the server crashed indefinitely.
