NPC Damage Issue

This is a bug it seems in version 1.1.0 and 1.1.2. I have seen this happen many times, and you will wast an entire clip of the moving combine, before they attack you, and when your reloading they rape you and you die. Its like the bullets do no damage when being moved, sometimes it does, most the time it don't. The steps to reproduce may be alittle off, but thats what it seems like when it happens, i have played the game for 3 hours, it atleast happened to me 4-9 times. I don't directly attack them when moving due to this, thats why it isn't more. Other people have encountered this as well, on Official Servers. When i play again, i'll record a Demo of this and upload it here for more proof.
