Hello,
You tried all the suggestions in the other thread, and they all didn't help solve the problem?

Hi,
You didn't include the condump0.txt file, which I'll need to review. Can you send that to me as well?

There are two things I'd like you to try (together):
- First, make sure Overwatch is closed, then restart Steam
- Once restarted, open the Steam Games Library, right-click on Overwatch, go to Properties, click on Set Launch Options, enter -autoconfig (with the - dash) then hit OK
- Back in the Steam Games Library, click View > Tools, find Source SDK Base 2007, right-click on it, Properties, go to the Local Files tab, then click Verify Integrity of Tool Cache
- Once that's all done, launch the game and see if it works!

I've solved the bug.
You must restart the game every time.
