Hello,

You tried all the suggestions in the other thread, and they all didn't help solve the problem?

Ok. Follow the instructions I posted here. Send me the requested files and I'll take a look!

Hi,

You didn't include the condump0.txt file, which I'll need to review. Can you send that to me as well?

There are two things I'd like you to try (together):
  • First, make sure Overwatch is closed, then restart Steam
  • Once restarted, open the Steam Games Library, right-click on Overwatch, go to Properties, click on Set Launch Options, enter -autoconfig (with the - dash) then hit OK
  • Back in the Steam Games Library, click View > Tools, find Source SDK Base 2007, right-click on it, Properties, go to the Local Files tab, then click Verify Integrity of Tool Cache
  • Once that's all done, launch the game and see if it works!

Can you list your hardware configuration?

I've solved the bug.
You must restart the game every time.
