Intel Core i7 @ 1.6 gHz
6 gb RAM / 4 gb VRAM
Nvidia Geforce GTX 460M (1.5 gb)
500*2 gb harddrive

And well, I guess one monitor since it's a laptop.

MoBo: Asus P5QL-E.
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3Ghz.
RAM: Kingston 4Gb DDR2 @ 800Mhz.
GPU: nVidia 9600GT (512Mb).
HDD: Western Digital 150Gb + 1Tb.

That's my baby! I co-built her 3 years ago and she still runs like new.

I also own a 17" MacBook Pro, released February last year.

By the way, RAM is super cheap these days since they're being overstocked. If you need more RAM, now's the best time to buy it.

Conversely, now's the worst time to buy a new hard drive (just when I needed one too :().

How do you know this?

I'd like to upgrade to 8Gb of DDR3 but that would mean a new motherboard, which means a new processor. Expensive. :(
