I like the 1st one the best, not sure why though. Probably because I don't like the sun that much in source games because it isn't really well at reflecting the sun back.

Definitely #1, the others are too bright. I also prefer the skybox in #1 too. The overcast sky in the others is just 'yucky'.
I quite like the twilight lighting in #3 as well, so that receives my second preference.

#1, I'm not too fond of the brightness of #3 but #2 is nice as well.
