Try logging out of Steam (Library > Steam > Change User) then logging back in. Closing/relaunching Steam isn't enough.
Let me know if it works!

That's because I could be on for a few seconds, but then i'd get kicked.
Also, interestingly, My User interface dissapeared for a while, until I relogged. No Idea why that happened, but it's back now, so I guess it doesn't matter.

There are two possible fixes (attempt Fix #2 only if Fix #1 doesn't solve the problem):
- Fix #1
- Exit Steam (shut it down completely)
- Go to your Steam folder (example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam")
- Find and delete the userdata folder
- Restart Steam
- Exit Steam (shut it down completely)
- Fix #2
- Exit Steam (shut it down completely)
- Go to your Steam folder (example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam")
- Find and delete all files and folders in there except for the steamapps folder and the Steam.exe file
- Restart Steam
- Exit Steam (shut it down completely)
If you've tried both and are still having trouble, please let me know!
