The emblem of Overwatch, the Overwatch, w/e you want to call it, looks like a dog or bulldog or some sort. I want to know, what does it mean to you? I personally think it means to watch over someone or something, such as Rebels as prisoners in the HL2 universe, that's why I think they used a bulldog looking emblem as a sign for Overwatch/the Overwatch. You would normally think that seeing a bulldog or a Siberian Husky or something of that sort as a strong, vicious dog that is normally a watch dog, right? So, what do you think it means?

A watchdog seems to be a symbol of aggression, and since the Combine Overwatch are aggressive...

I agree, a watchdog is aggressive, but you normally don't need a watchdog unless you need to watch over something or someone, hence the name Overwatch Anyone else care to say what they think it means?

I don't see any other meaning for it....supposedly it's the overwatch's face...HEHEHEHEHE.But..yeah...i say that is what it stands for.

I see. Well, everyone has their opinion. I played with one guy and asked him this same question, he's like, "The logo means the Overwatch will eat you!"

Honestly we won't know what the emblem is for sure untill the developers do something to explain it more thouroughly.

Edit: Honestly would be a great question to pop on the next ask the dev's

It appears to me to be like a mountain lion, I just picture it as some sort of a symbol for the combine really.

It looks a little like a mountain lion or cougar, but I don't think its related to the Combine.
