This exploit allows for infinite health and ammo, causing things like infinite SMG grenades in Crossroads, camping a medkit on the final point in Citadel, and getting unintended health refills in Breach.
Every time you press E on the location of the medkit or ammo crate, you reap the rewards of that pickup even when it is still supposed to be "respawning".

On your Trinity Games servers. I don't really keep close track of which servers this happens on, but I do know I learned it from someone on one server, then did it on another server later.
