Resistance respawn on top of generator

Earlier today while playing someone died and there spawn ghost thing was on top of the generator. Posted Image

Also before this on a previous round someone died by the same generator and there spawn thing was stuck inside the part with the combine balls (didnt get a screenshot)

Generator no longer exists at that location (or on that map). The one in Breached doesn't seem to be causing any problems.
