Editor formatting buttons aren't aligned correctly

With Google Chrome, the second line of buttons (Bold, Italics etc, through to Centre Align and Right Align) are not aligned properly, they do not get placed underneath the first line completely, they are pushed into the middle so that there is blank space underneath the buttons/drop-downs from the first line.
