I'm not sure as far as the "team" names are concerned but it might be interesting for each player being able to pick distinct characters. Like there is an array of good guy personas to choose from, each having a distinct look, personality and codename. They could all play any class they just have different personalities. (This might be one for the ideas bin).

Intruder Alert! will have character personalization if that's what you mean.
