Global Organization Of Defense, however GOOD sounds a bit too corny. Usually the EVIL Corporation only attack world leaders from different countries, which usually isn't named, but I don't know.

Yes, and the GOOD Agency defends these world leaders from the EVIL Corp.

Well they could always be considered as "defensive" as when they are attacking a base, it is to stop the EVIL Corp's offensive threat (ie, about to launch a Nuke or whatever).
