Still working on owc_prison though progress is slow. I had to completely destroy the prison facility, it will be much different now.

Made lots of progress. Still working on the cellblock, but its going at a good pace. Fixed all the spawns and traps, and added some new ones. Geometry and layout are all fixed. Added a 3D skybox as well with some factories and industrial areas. Makes the prison location feel larger and more expanded. Added some soundscapes and lights, and added info_nodes as well. Working on the roof of the prison, and some time soon I will begin the ground floor, catwalks, and layout of the entire cellblock. All in due time.

Not much has been done to the map as of right now. Just tiding things up and working on the cellblock.
