So I have a game idea for an (mmo?)rts which has a setting in the medieval ages.

Basically each time you start a game, a world is randomly generated. So the player starts with some guys and such. I really want to give each faction a unique experience. I have these factions in mind:

Humans: Basic rts gameplay. Think Stronghold. Get's peasants and some knights at the start. When the king is killed, this faction will go into a crisis.

Undead: Begins with some cultists. Needs to poison player or npc villages to make those people undead. However, the cultists can only command a few undead each. The undead don't really build a lot of buildings themselves. And if they build some they will need an extremely rare and high-hp material. So these cultists can turn into liches when they are strong enough. The undead can also collect limbs for the dead to stitch together better warriors. For other factions, attacking undead lands may not be really rewarding. Maybe for minerals yes, but not for trees or living things. The very earth is dying in undead-held lands. If all cultists die, this faction will be destroyed.

Bugs: So these guys can dig caves in the ground& the mountains. They have a "tech" tree where they can evolve and specialize.The queen is a central part of this faction: it's the only "building". If their queen dies, this faction will be destroyed.

I have been trying to begin coding with C# and XNA, but the most I have accomplished is making a calculator which can only multiply 2 numbers...

My cousin and I watch 80's action movies a lot and this idea just popped up one day.

"Dude, wouldn't it be cool if there was a game starring all the action movie heroes?"


So we'd have people like,
John Matrix (The God of 80's action heroes)
John Rambo
John Spartan
John McClane
John Kimball

And for an unlockable character

Fighting game? FPS? Elaborate...

I got 3 games ideas :
-First, a FPS/MMORPG game in a zombie apocalypse (as I've described it in this topic)
-Not really a game idea but I got an idea of script for the famous Nightmare House : it will be called "Nightmare House : Together in hell" where 4 friends (2 brothers, a man with his girlfriend) will be out of gas, front of the Never Lost Hope Hospital (of course) and random shit happens. When you got split with your pateners, you can't talk to them and add more fear !
I also got a small idea for Nightmare House 3.
-Finally, the Overwatch campaign mod
