Sorry to bump but I'm a fan of UDK lol.
So yes this is Unreal Engine 3, and if you download the unreal development kit, you can build games with all these features right now. And I mean right now right now, it's all built in ready to go.

I've been working with UDK on and off for a while now, and I love it way more then hammer, mostly because it's a level editor's dream, sure it's short on supplied content, but f you know how to model in 3d program, it doesn't matter since you can supply everything and it will use it with ease. I have a plan for game i plan to make in the future using the UDK, but for now I have to find team members first xD.
