EDIT: THE FGD HAS BEEN RELEASED!

Hello all,

We know you're anxious to get your custom maps working in Overwatch (and we're anxious to play them), so we've dedicated some resources this week to get the FGD ready for a first release.

As with the mod, the FGD will be continuously updated (which might break your maps), but we will work with you to minimize the impact it will have (like making the updated mod and FGD available to mappers before a release, to give you a chance to update and test your maps).

It will be posted alongside some documentation (a few guides and tutorials) to help you get started, and support will be available through our live Chat.

We also need your help! We'll be working hard to improve our documentation and write more guides and tutorials that others can benefit from, based on feedback from your experiences mapping for Overwatch. We would also like to know if there are any entities you'd like us to improve (additional keys/flags/inputs/outputs), or new ones you'd like us to add.

All in all, we want to work with you to make Overwatch a great mod to map for.
