yhea, surely with the expanding of the maps, rpgs and more powerfull weapons will happear..but i think this mod need also particular weapons that will make it bright among the other mods....will you make effort to bring unique weapons to this mod or the time is too short to focus on it ?

laser from the sky(blue )
for:rebels
-a device that make fall laser from the cracked enemy satellites situated in the sky(red)(like GOW)
-flash grenades that blind enemys
-nuclear launchers....(maybe is too much ,lolz)
any other ideas? : )
new wepons? or at least add all the hL 2 ones..

Personally I think nuclear lunches are great idea. Take some bread, some ham, some cheese, toss in a little radiation, mmm mmm good.

We'll be giving Rebels more of the weapons found in HL2. As for new/unique weapons we design ourselves, it's not planned just yet, but might be in the future.

just saying, OW already has a mortar strike that is the exact same thing you described, but it has be taken out of the game, pending release.

My opinion is to take back the conventional weapons from the HL1 series but be more war-torn style like:
-mp5 smg
-m249 squad automatic weapon
-m40 sniper rifle
-m4 assault rifle
-glock 17 pistol
-beretta m9 pistol
I think it would be better for the weapon selection for the roles.
ohh.... little short of it. It would be great for creating 2 my favourite weapons from some movies:
AK-74 Asault Rifle( because the events played in East-Europe and that weapon is spread over the world)
M79 Grenade Launcher
(Random Unit Idea for the Owerwatch:
Ministrider:(http://half-life.wik...ini_Strider.jpg) that was the early hunter found in Episode 1 game files by Source SDK)
