It's a known issue with the AI, which happens when they have no target.

You don't need the FGD, just turn off SmartEdit

First you would need to know how a entity works in an vmf, open a vmf with notepad (I think.)

in there you will see it say properly: "Cube(x,y y,x x,z z,x y,z z,y)" or something like that, this means that there would be created a cube with those coordinates (as you see i don't know exactly)
to the point, an entity is not linked as env_cubemap( x,y,z ) it's linked more as
env_cube_map {
       ability one "parameter"
       ability two "parameter"

       i/o
       flags
}

turning off smart edit (can be done in entity browser) allows you to create something with a new name like ow_playerstart, give it the ability to contain some link to the code where it says set team ow_player.

this was properly not accrued but it works something like that, the .fgd is like a link to the entity(ies)
