Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec. If a term or provision of this Agreement shall be declared invalid in a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall be limited solely to the specific term or provision invalidated, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, according to its terms.
